Policy
Each appointment is bespoke and tailored to best meet your needs. I believe the health of your hair is of upmost importance, Olaplex or K18 is added into all blonding services. Prices may vary for each individual needs.
Consultation
We offer a personalised consultation for each of our guests, so we can plan your hair journey prior to your booking. You will then have a clear and full understanding of the process and pricing structure.
Cancellation
We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hrs notice for all cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations within the 48hrs will result in loss of paid deposit.
Patch Testing
Patch testing is required, this can be carried out on your Consultation appointment with your desired Stylist.
